The open-air private bathhouse is super nice. You should choose the bathhouse in Sky 1 or Sky 2 on the top floor.

Breakfast/dinner is very rich and the portions are sufficient Thanks to the friendly staff for helping me make a reservation by phone, I was able to experience snowmobiling.

Basically, you can experience 3 types of hot spring baths (basic men's and women's public baths + one of the 4 additional family baths for free), and you can use the remaining 3 family baths for an additional fee of 2,500 yen. Two of the family baths are on the rooftop, two are on the first floor, and one of the two is Pamukkale type. Dinner and breakfast are served in the room, and the next day, they even cleaned the snow that had piled up on the car. However, when the air conditioner and heater were turned on high, it was too noisy and I couldn't sleep, and when they were turned on low, it was cold.

I am also very satisfied with the hot spring, room, dinner and breakfast. Thank you to all the service staff!

The service at the hotel is really excellent!!!! That day there was a sudden snowstorm and the JR trains were stopped. It took me about 3-4 hours to get there, but I managed to get to the JR station by 12pm that evening. As a result, the restaurant helped me to reserve dinner for the six of us, and when we got back to the JR station, I used the express train to send me back!!!! When we got to the restaurant, the rice was still cooked for each person, and both the rice and the grilled meat were Hot and sweet in the snow pot. I was truly surprised! I highly recommend this hotel! The hotel service is really great!!!! On that day, JR trains were suspended due to a sudden snowstorm, and I arrived at the JR station 3 to 4 hours later than planned. It was nearly 12 o'clock. As a result, the hotel booked dinner for the six of us and had us waiting at the JR station before the shuttle bus took us!
